Dough maker — Carroll County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a dough maker in Carroll County, Illinois. Ideal candidate: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Able to work early-morning and night shifts Day-to-day duties: • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough 2+ years on the tools preferred. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
