We are recruiting: we are hiring a catering cook in Rogers County, Oklahoma. Requirements: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Strong knife skills and speed on the line Day-to-day duties: • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
