What we are looking for: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) On the job you will handle: • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
