Plant operator (dozer) • Vanderburgh County, Indiana

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a plant operator (dozer) in Vanderburgh County, Indiana. Day to day you will carry out pre-start checks on tracks, hydraulics, coolant and engine oil; operate crawler dozers to push and spread fill across the site; maintain haul roads and keep drainage falls clear; clear land of trees, stumps and debris before earthworks begin; strip topsoil and stockpile it for later reuse. You should have: • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and uneven terrain • Knowledge of daily greasing and pre-start inspections • Good understanding of cut-and-fill and batter slopes Full-time, day shift. Performance bonus on top of base pay. We offer $19 per hour plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
