Counter butcher • Wasatch County, Utah

Great opportunity: we are hiring a counter butcher in Wasatch County, Utah. You will be based in a meat processing plant. You should have: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • 2+ years experience working as a butcher On a typical shift you will take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts. 5+ years on the tools preferred. $5,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
