On the job you will handle: • Help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone • Follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger • Keep every lift within the safe working load (SWL) • Watch the load moment indicator (LMI) and stay within rated capacity What we are looking for: • Current medical and eyesight certificate • Able to read load charts and lifting plans • Proven experience on mobile, tower or overhead cranes Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
