Vacancy available: we are hiring a mobile crane operator in Hardin County, Kentucky. The job is in a steel fabrication workshop. What we are looking for: • A good head for heights for tower crane work • Sound knowledge of rigging and slinging • Proven experience on mobile, tower or overhead cranes The role involves work out the load weight and the lifting radius; park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift; watch the load moment indicator (LMI) and stay within rated capacity; carry out pre-start checks on the crane, wire ropes and hook block.
