We are recruiting: we are hiring a telesales agent in Howard County, Texas. Requirements: • Accurate in handling cash • Minimum 1 year of field or retail sales experience On a typical shift you will handle returns, exchanges and customer complaints; punch orders into the billing/POS system; collect customer feedback and contact details for follow-up; prepare the daily sales report for the supervisor; plan the route and visit retailers on the beat; upsell and cross-sell add-on products.
