On the job you will handle: • Handle returns, exchanges and customer complaints • Restock shelves and arrange the product display • Collect customer feedback and contact details for follow-up • Demonstrate product features and pricing on the shop floor • Plan the route and visit retailers on the beat • Collect customer payments and chase outstanding dues Requirements: • Neat, well-groomed appearance • Own two-wheeler with a valid driving licence • Strong spoken communication and persuasion skills At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
