The role involves: • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Season and marinate meat on request • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling Pay around $170 per day, based on your experience.
