Urgent requirement: we are hiring a fabricator-welder in Tai, Rivers State. You will be based at a busy fabrication workshop. Ideal candidate: • Able to pass a weld test on the spot • Good eyesight for fine sheet-metal work • Steady hand and good hand-eye coordination On a typical shift you will clamp and fit up components on the jig before welding; set the argon flow on the flowmeter and check the hose for leaks; back-purge pipe joints with argon so the root does not oxidise; clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush; TIG weld aluminium sections after cleaning off the oxide layer. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. ₦155,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time with occasional weekends.
