Now hiring: we are hiring a chef de partie in Jada, Adamawa State. You will prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift. Requirements: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate 4+ years on the tools preferred.
