Pastry baker — Kunchi

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a pastry baker in Kunchi, Kano State. The job is at a neighbourhood confectionery. Ideal candidate: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics Day to day you will proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; load and unload the deck oven with a peel. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
