Urgent requirement: we are hiring an argon welding operator in Emuoha, Rivers State. You will be based at a pipe-fitting and pressure-vessel shop. On a typical shift you will set the argon flow on the flowmeter and check the hose for leaks; tack weld parts to hold the fit-up before the final run; feed filler rod by hand while holding a steady weld pool; sharpen tungsten electrodes and fit the correct gas cup size. Requirements: • Able to pass a weld test on the spot • Able to TIG weld stainless steel and aluminium to a neat standard • Sound knowledge of argon gas settings and tungsten selection 5+ years on the tools preferred.
