We are recruiting: bakery assistant (Florida)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Brevard County, Florida. The job is at a neighbourhood confectionery. You will check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch. What we are looking for: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Able to work early-morning and night shifts 1+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off.
