What we are looking for: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler The role involves keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights.
