Moulder — Bee County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a moulder in Bee County, Texas. On the job you will handle: • Prepare green-sand moulds and ram the sand into the moulding boxes • Check melt temperature with a pyrometer before pouring • Shot-blast castings to clean off burnt sand and scale • Inspect castings for cold shuts, blowholes and shrinkage defects • Operate the sand muller and the reclamation plant What we are looking for: • Basic grinding and fettling skills • Knowledge of green-sand and resin-bonded moulding • Willing to wear full PPE such as heat-resistant apron, spats and visor At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
