You should have: • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts The role involves handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; clear and reset tables between covers.
