You should have: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate Your main tasks: • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs Rotating shifts.
