You will monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; season and marinate meat on request; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking.
