Renovation plasterer • Derbyshire, England

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a renovation plasterer in Derbyshire, England. You will be based in a refurbishment property. Your main tasks: • Apply scratch coats and key the surface for the next coat • Set up trestles and scaffold boards for ceiling work • Tape and joint plasterboard seams with scrim and filler • Polish the final coat with a steel trowel and water brush • Float and rule off walls to a flat surface with a straightedge • Skim plasterboard to a smooth finish ready for decoration Ideal candidate: • CSCS card or willing to obtain one • Physically fit for lifting bags of plaster and mixing all day At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
