Ladle pourer wanted in Kalgo

Now hiring: we are hiring a ladle pourer in Kalgo, Kebbi State. The job is in the melting bay of a steel foundry. Ideal candidate: • Keen eye for casting defects during inspection • Comfortable working close to furnaces and molten metal The role involves skim slag and dross off the melt before tapping and pouring; cut off risers, runners and gates with a grinder or torch; tap the furnace and transfer the metal to the ladle; prepare green-sand moulds and ram the sand into the moulding boxes; operate the sand muller and the reclamation plant; assemble cope and drag mould halves and clamp them together. 2+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
