Day to day you will replace cracked or slipped tiles and slates; carry out leak inspections and patch repairs; strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck; bed and point ridge tiles with mortar; insulate and ventilate the roof void. You should have: • Knowledge of both pitched and flat roofing systems • A good head for heights and steady balance Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
