Sausage maker wanted in Dukku

Vacancy available: we are hiring a sausage maker in Dukku, Gombe State. You will be based in a meat processing plant. On a typical shift you will keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts. Ideal candidate: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler 2+ years on the tools preferred.
