You should have: • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service On a typical shift you will check back during the meal and handle special requests; upsell starters, desserts and beverages; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar.
