What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Strong knife skills and speed on the line The role involves: • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases Rotating shifts. ₹15,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
