Immediate opening: estate gardener (Oklahoma)

Now hiring: we are hiring an estate gardener in Noble County, Oklahoma. You will work in a botanical garden. The role involves: • Rake up fallen leaves, grass clippings and garden waste • Maintain compost heaps and the potting shed • Cut back tree branches and clear overhanging limbs • Check and adjust sprinkler timers and irrigation heads • Weed flower beds and borders by hand and with a hoe You should have: • Able to safely operate mowers, strimmers and hedge trimmers • Pesticide spraying certificate (PA1/PA6) an advantage • Physically fit for bending, lifting and long hours outdoors Six days a week, one day off.
