Join our team: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Logo, Benue State. The role involves: • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method Ideal candidate: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates 2+ years on the tools preferred.
