Kitchen cook wanted in Dallas County

Join our team: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Dallas County, Texas. You will work at a fast-food outlet. On the job you will handle: • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch Requirements: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
