We are recruiting: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Thomas County, Nebraska. You will be based in a hotel kitchen. Requirements: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Strong knife skills and speed on the line You will cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch.
