Retail butcher wanted in Lunglei

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a retail butcher in Lunglei, Mizoram. The role involves keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; season and marinate meat on request; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife. You should bring 2+ years experience working as a butcher; able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler; able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry.
