Hydraulic crane operator • Birbhum, West Bengal

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a hydraulic crane operator in Birbhum, West Bengal. The job is on a bridge and infrastructure project. You should bring proven experience on mobile, tower or overhead cranes; understanding of hand and radio signals. Day-to-day duties: • Read and interpret the load chart before every lift • Park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift • Help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone • Climb and inspect the tower crane mast and tie-ins • Fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure • Keep every lift within the safe working load (SWL) Full-time with occasional weekends.
