Vacancy available: we are hiring a restaurant steward in Garza County, Texas. You will work in a five-star hotel. On the job you will handle: • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Check back during the meal and handle special requests • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table Requirements: • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
