Requirements: • A good eye for clean lines and an even finish • Able to mix and colour-match paints accurately • Sound knowledge of surface prep and the right primers The role involves: • Prep and prime metal, treating rust with red-oxide primer • Carry out snagging and touch-ups before handover • Hang lining paper and wallpaper, matching patterns at the seams • Fill cracks and nail holes with filler and caulk the gaps • Spray emulsion and enamel using HVLP and airless spray guns Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
