Abattoir worker wanted in Kannauj

We are recruiting: we are hiring an abattoir worker in Kannauj, Uttar Pradesh. You will work at a halal meat counter. Day-to-day duties: • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date Ideally you have clean, presentable and friendly at the counter; 2+ years experience working as a butcher; knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required.
