Great opportunity: we are hiring a press machine operator in Chikun, Kaduna State. You will be based in a CNC machine shop. Requirements: • ITI or diploma in fitter or machinist trade an advantage • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Comfortable using vernier, micrometer and gauges Day to day you will top up coolant, lubricant and hydraulic oil levels; report breakdowns to the maintenance fitter; key in cycle parameters such as speed, feed rate and temperature; load raw material and feed stock into the machine hopper; monitor gauges and stop the machine when readings drift.
