Panel beater — Baksa

Now hiring: we are hiring a panel beater in Baksa, Assam. You will be based at a paint and panel shop. We are looking for confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports; steady hand for filler work and block sanding; own basic hand tools (hammers, dollies, files). The role involves mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting; feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray; measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line; mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour. At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. Meals and transport allowance provided. ₹24,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Contact us to fix an interview.
