Finish carpenter • Warri South, Delta State

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a finish carpenter in Warri South, Delta State. You should have: • Able to read technical drawings and cutting lists • Accurate to fine tolerances on finish work • Confident with hand and power tools such as saws, routers and planers Your main tasks: • Fix studwork and plasterboard partitions • Cut mortise-and-tenon and dovetail joints with chisels and a mallet • Apply edge banding, veneers and laminate to board • Build and erect roof trusses, rafters and stud partitions • Check work for level, plumb and square with a spirit level • Plane and sand timber to a smooth, square finish 1+ years on the tools preferred.
