Great opportunity: canteen cook (Missouri)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a canteen cook in Cass County, Missouri. You will work at a fast-food outlet. Day to day you will monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; prepare the mise en place before each service; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces. You should have: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat Pay around $2,600 per month, based on your experience.
