Immediate opening: cake decorator (Sokoto State)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a cake decorator in Isa, Sokoto State. The job is at a café with an on-site bakery. Your main tasks: • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Score the top of loaves before baking • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough What we are looking for: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. ₦220,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
