Short order cook — Grayson County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a short order cook in Grayson County, Virginia. The role involves cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat. What we are looking for: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Strong knife skills and speed on the line Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
