Deboner wanted in St. Clair County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a deboner in St. Clair County, Missouri. You will be based in a meat processing plant. Day-to-day duties: • Season and marinate meat on request • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts Requirements: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry Full-time with occasional weekends.
