Sausage maker wanted in Martin County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a sausage maker in Martin County, Florida. You will work in a supermarket meat department. On the job you will handle: • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings What we are looking for: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
