Tower crane operator — Namchi

Great opportunity: we are hiring a tower crane operator in Namchi, Sikkim. You will work in a steel fabrication workshop. The role involves set up the outriggers and level the crane on firm ground; fill in the daily logbook and raise defect reports; climb and inspect the tower crane mast and tie-ins; watch the load moment indicator (LMI) and stay within rated capacity; help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone; rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams. Requirements: • Proven experience on mobile, tower or overhead cranes • Understanding of hand and radio signals 5+ years on the tools preferred. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
