Estate gardener — Cornwall

Now hiring: we are hiring an estate gardener in Cornwall, England. The job is in a public park. What we are looking for: • Valid driving licence for travel between sites • Good knowledge of common plants, shrubs and seasonal planting • Able to safely operate mowers, strimmers and hedge trimmers The role involves maintain compost heaps and the potting shed; plant seasonal bedding plants, bulbs and saplings; repot nursery stock and pot on cuttings; cut back tree branches and clear overhanging limbs; mow and edge lawns with petrol and ride-on mowers. At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. £2,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time with occasional weekends.
