Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Atchison County, Kansas. Day to day you will inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse. What we are looking for: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms Six days a week, one day off.
