Oven operator — Walker County

Immediate opening: we are hiring an oven operator in Walker County, Georgia. You will work at a neighbourhood confectionery. You will rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; score the top of loaves before baking; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them. Requirements: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens 3+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends.
