Fry cook — Lalitpur

We are recruiting: we are hiring a fry cook in Lalitpur, Uttar Pradesh. The role involves manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch. Ideal candidate: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards Part-time with flexible hours. Performance bonus on top of base pay.
