Immediate opening: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Guyuk, Adamawa State. The job is in a hotel pastry kitchen. Day to day you will decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; score the top of loaves before baking; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter. Requirements: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Food handler / hygiene certificate Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
