Power press operator — Nalbari

Great opportunity: we are hiring a power press operator in Nalbari, Assam. You will be based at an auto components factory. You should bring familiar with die setting and quick tool changes; can use vernier calipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges; knowledge of press safety, guarding and lockout-tagout. On a typical shift you will watch for cracks, burrs, wrinkles and double-hits on parts; top up the press hydraulic oil and grease the slide ways; adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings; punch, blank, pierce, bend and form sheet metal components. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. Meals and transport allowance provided. ₹180 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
